如何深入练好太极拳

   一.练太极拳往往不感到有明显的健身效果,与慢走、登山等好象差不多,仅仅是不易感冒。其原因有二,一是练拳的时间不够,即运动量不够。如果每天只练三遍简化太极拳,大约需时15钟,对体弱的人来说可能合适,对一般人来说,太短了,一般应打五遍至七遍,练拳时间要半小时以上。有人主张一小时,还不包括站着聊天在内。运动量的合适与否,应以自我感觉为准,每次练习后精神愉快,身体轻松为合适。其二,没有严格按照要领练拳,打油滑了。因此一定要严肃认真用心思去练拳,天天坚持才会有效果。

练拳向什么方向努力我们常是学会一套拳,每天照样练,对提高的方向不明确,不知如何努力。拳谱讲的着熟、懂劲、神明三个阶段,杨式太极拳提练体、练气、练神三个阶段。着熟与练体对应,懂劲与练气对应,神明与练神对应。一般练拳处于练体练气之间。练体是练身体的柔软,使身体达到松柔;练气是使内气充盈。我们不以技击为目的,仅为健身。在达到有了内气和内劲时,即可收到最大的健身效果,这就是我们努力的方向,要练得身体松柔,有一定的内气和内劲。这里边不还存在不少层次要我们经历。

练拳的过程是一个不断深入,不断发现错误纠正错误的过程一般首先学会一种套路,把姿势搞正确(手、眼、身、步要如法),然后按要领轻、慢、圆、匀的练拳,进一步做到协调、连贯、圆活、上下相随、虚实分清,随着练拳的深入浅出,对要领和要求的理解会不断加深,会不断发现自己的错误,不断加以改正,这时要逐项按要领要求有意识的锻炼,在一段时间里,(一两个月)主要注意一项要领的练习,掌握后再注意下一项。

1.中正安舒:立身中正本意即身体自然正直,做到顶头悬,尾闾收,肩胯相合。其中肩胯相合是指运动时两肩的连线与两胯的连线总要保持在一个垂直平面上,不歪扭。

4.用意不用力:就是多用思想少用力,少用力就是轻,轻是松的前因,是向松必经的桥梁。假设肩以下手的重量为4斤,则需要的只是大于4斤的最小的力推动手来运动,推动身体,推动脚的力量道理相同。学太极拳就须耐心细致地去探求用最小的力量来练拳。用意的内容很多,不同阶段有不同的内容,像这里说的按要领练拳就是练体时用意的内容。学太极拳主要靠运用想象力。此外懂得一招一式的用法,有助于练拳时姿势的正确,不在于技击。

  四.当动作已正确了后,可以开始注意用腰。腰要起带领四肢的作用。太极拳要求腰部先动,带动四肢。用腰可以从腰部旋转弧度很明显的拳式中去体会,如搂膝拗步,单式反复练习,多遍重复体会如何用腰,两手的左旋右转是腰部带动的,搂膝的手从膝前转过是腰转动的结果,手的前扒是腰部向前带动手与身子一齐向前的结果。搂膝拗步在形成弓步时,腰部边转边向前(转动稍占先,也可称为先转后进),在一段距离内两手和身子相对位置不变,进稍占先转动稍后(称先进后转),上手在腰的转动下实现列的动作。揽雀尾中挤、按,是靠腰带动身子向前实现的,不是手单独的前挤、前按。对用腰有了体会,推而广之,哪怕是手上走的极细小的弧形都是腰走弧形的外在表现。会用腰了,则练一趟拳是腰在练拳,不是手在练拳。会发现自己以前练拳全是人为地在做作,四肢主动太多,被动太少,未能由内到外。会用腰了,则劲力完整不再是手的局部力量。还应明白,腰的转动实际是靠两胯旋转实现的,因为人的脊椎能实现的转动是很小的,并且保持立身中正也不允许脊椎扭动。

呼吸初学时完全可以不管呼吸,一心一意去学好拳架。太极拳的匀缓动作,自然地使呼吸变得深长。拳架练到一定时期后可以考虑专门用一段时间练呼吸。先练静止时呼吸,再采取只重呼气法呼吸。要注意动作与呼吸的配合不能过于机械,因为太极拳不是呼吸体操,有些式子能够结合的就结合,不易配合的不要勉强配合。

关于拳味拳意拳意是指太极拳的特殊风格,以松、稳、慢、匀较能代表太极拳的风格。松中包括轻、柔。稳中包含有分清虚实,不慌忙,不乱动。慢有利于默识揣摩、神宜内敛,有利于细致地运用想象力。匀了才有静态,全身上下内外配合均匀了才能达到完整劲。练拳要有太极拳的意境,就须做好身势要松,虚实分清、上下相随、内外相合、呼吸舒畅。

放松太极拳对肢体有松柔和松开两种要求。松柔是肢体,尤其是关节的柔软和高度灵活。松开是指各关节在自然舒适中适当放长,我们追求的是松柔与松开的巧妙结合。放松贯穿太极拳的各个阶段。松柔是太极拳的灵魂,练拳是不断努力追求更高度的松柔。太极拳要求的放松是在尽可能少用力的情况下,通过思想意识的作用来逐渐达到最大限度的松柔,是从轻走向松的。

1.练拳开始时,先将全身放松,尤其是两臂要松得如强子拴在肩上一样,不可稍有拘束之力,俟身心静下来而后开始动作。松肩就是想象肩关节松开。

八.松净了则全身都有沉重的感觉(是自然的重,不是用力),自身微微转动与空气接触犹如水中动作。架子盘久,身愈松柔,就愈是感到身手沉重,也愈感到空气阻力增大,也就愈是增加了听力。内劲主要在练架子里求得,走架中沉肩坠肘,以期肩肘对臂重的体验;气沉丹田,松腰坐身以期对上身重力体验的获得;迈步如猫行,务使两腿在虚实转换中,切实感受到全身重力之压。各部有负载肢体重力体验之日,就是太极拳内劲上身之时。练内劲一般先从手上开始,让手体验自重,以后把这个体验慢慢地扩展到身体其他部位。内气是一种细微的本体感觉。心静,全身放松,用意不用力的缓慢练拳,日久,两手会有胀热的感觉,从偶尔出现到练拳时经常出现。

九.进一步练习将劲沉至脚底。具体练法:凡胯的前进、后退、左右放置都必须用脚底趴地劲以及脚底紧帖地面左右拧的反作用力来带动,这样由脚底的力带动两胯,由两胯带动全身的动作,练习愈久,全身则愈来愈放松而轻灵,所有的力,均由脚底作用于地面的反作用而出。到此地步,就是已能将劲沉至脚底。拳论讲"劲起于脚","主宰于腰",就是此意。腰除指命门穴外,就是指两胯。十.再进一步练习发劲。盘架每至定式时,在似定非定之时,必须陷于内的发劲,这种发劲的锻炼实为太极拳内劲产生的原因。有陷于内的发劲如何练:每当定式时,例如两手挤式或按式往前时,必须沉肩垂肘,头有顶意,尾闾前送,命门虚虚后撑(拉),掌慢前送,上身微向后坐。合户关节骨缝松开,韧带伸长,形成手弓、腿弓、身弓,一身备五弓之势,目光向前方远视,似乎将劲放松至天边,"意远则劲长"。走架时每一定式都应如此。这时手上并未感到用劲。当然如手的前方有人拦阻,该人会感觉到很大的力,这样发的是暗劲不是明劲。以意识作指挥,每一招势从劲起于脚跟(反弹力),用意念引导内劲到腰到脊到肩到肘到腕到指,久之则目的处必有麻胀感,手(劳宫穴)必有突跳感。总之要认识到一套太极拳学完,只说明自己可以单独练习了,还不能说是已经学会了,因为太极拳不只重形式,它更重内容,而内容繁多。有了内容才算有了拳味,这时才算基本上会了。还得不断追求,使拳味日渐浓厚。如果拳味还不对,那就还是一套空架子。练起来就不会长功夫的。当然,对于健身来讲,拳架的规格差一些,也关系不大,只要每天能坚持练拳,冬夏不断,也一定会健康,但是生效的程度是会有判别的。坚持练拳之后,全身的气血运转正常了,产生一种轻松舒适感。经常舒服,就身体健康。
